An Independent Marketing Rep may sell online Travel Agencies, enroll Referring Travel Agents, and sponsor other reps.  They will earn commission on personal online travel agency sales, but they do not receive travel credentials and they can not sell travel.

A Referring Travel Agent has purchased an online travel agency and pays the monthly license fee for the personalized online travel agency and its "back Office".  RTA's can refer people to their websites to book travel and will earn commissions on all travel booked.
